1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of AH Gaming Hub, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Additionally, when using AH Gaming Hub's services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. To make a reservation:

• Select your preferred date and time slots from the available options
• Provide accurate personal information including name, mobile number, and address
• Review your booking details before confirmation
• Accept the terms and conditions to complete your booking

Bookings can be made for same-day or future dates, subject to availability.

3. Payment Terms

AH Gaming Hub offers multiple payment options:

• Online Payment: Pay securely through Razorpay gateway
• Cash Payment: Pay at the venue upon arrival
• UPI/Offline: Transfer to our UPI ID and show proof at the venue

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. The platform fee of ₹50 is waived for all bookings.

4. No Cancellation Policy

At AH Gaming Hub, we maintain a strict no-cancellation policy for all bookings:

• Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled
• No requests for cancellation will be entertained
• Bookings are final and binding
• Please double-check your availability before making a booking

5. No Refund Policy

AH Gaming Hub does not offer any refunds under any circumstances:

• All payments made are non-refundable
• No refund will be provided for no-shows
• No refund for partial usage of booked slots
• No refund for early departure

This policy applies to all payment methods - online, cash, and UPI/offline transfers.

6. Venue Rules and Regulations

All players must adhere to the following rules while at AH Gaming Hub:

• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises
• No Alcohol: Consumption of alcohol is not allowed
• No Gutkha/Tobacco: Use of gutkha or tobacco products is prohibited
• Barefoot Play: Barefoot play is strictly prohibited for safety reasons
• Punctuality: Players should arrive at least 10 minutes before the booked slot
• Footwear: Only turf shoes or clean sports shoes are allowed on the playing surface

7. Liability and Waivers

AH Gaming Hub shall not be liable for:

• Any injury sustained during gameplay
• Loss or theft of personal belongings
• Damage to personal property
• Any indirect or consequential damages

Players participate at their own risk and are responsible for their personal safety and belongings.

8. Conduct and Behavior

All users are expected to maintain proper conduct:

• Respect staff and other players
• Follow all safety instructions
• Maintain fair play and sportsmanship
• Report any issues to staff immediately

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of booking without refund.

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our privacy practices. We are committed to protecting your data and will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required for booking confirmation and payment processing.

10. Changes to Terms

AH Gaming Hub reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
