AH Gaming Hub does not offer any refunds under any circumstances. Please read this policy carefully before making any booking.
1. No Refund Policy
AH Gaming Hub maintains a strict no-refund policy for all bookings. This policy applies to all customers regardless of:
- Payment method used (online, cash, or UPI/offline)
- Reason for not using the booking
- Timing of the cancellation request
- Any personal circumstances
By completing a booking at AH Gaming Hub, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
2. No Cancellation
All bookings at AH Gaming Hub are final and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances:
- Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled
- No cancellation requests will be entertained
- Bookings cannot be modified or rescheduled
- All sales are final
3. No-Show Policy
If you fail to arrive for your booked slot:
- Your booking will be considered a "no-show"
- No refund will be provided under any circumstances
- The full booking amount will be forfeited
- Future bookings may be affected
Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes before your booked slot starts.
Online Cancellation & Refund - NOT AVAILABLE
AH Gaming Hub does not provide any online cancellation or refund facility. There is no option to cancel bookings or request refunds through our website, app, or any online portal. All bookings are final.
4. What Is Not Eligible for Refund
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Full Booking Amount: The complete payment for your booked slots
- Partial Usage: If you use only some of your booked time
- Early Departure: If you leave before your booking ends
- Weather Conditions: Play continues in all weather conditions unless explicitly announced
- Personal Reasons: Any personal emergency or circumstance
- Medical Reasons: Even with medical documentation
- Technical Issues: Any technical problems on your end
5. Payment Methods Affected
This no-refund policy applies to all payment methods:
- Online Payment (Razorpay): All online payments are non-refundable
- Cash Payment: Cash payments made at the venue are non-refundable
- UPI/Offline Transfer: Any UPI or bank transfers are non-refundable

Please ensure that:
- Your schedule is clear on the booking date
- You understand that all bookings are final
- You are committed to using the booked slots
- You have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions
6. Disputes and Concerns
If you have any concerns about your booking:
- Contact us before your booking date
- Discuss any issues with our staff directly
- Note that resolution does not include refunds
- We may offer alternative solutions at our discretion
